Sums it up well

I believe it sums things up quite well. But I would like to add that I feel strongly “that those involved in racial slurs” should have been brought to justice by the D.C. Police. After all if a person assaults someone, the Police give the victim a chance to press charges, if that person declines to press any, the police often press them anyway depending on the circumstances surrounding the assault. We need to send a message to all citizens, young and old alike that racism will not be tolerated. How can we do this if they have a free pass to do so?
